Preparation of nanoparticles is one the important ways to increase biological effectiveness materials. There are several methods prepare polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) nanoparticles. Here, a new method used based on exposing PHB ultrasound waves under variable pH conditions. In present study, was added distilled water and adjusted 4 by HCl (1 N). The suspension exposed at 4500 kh for 25 seconds. Then, readjusted 10 NaoH (1N) mixture incubated 2 h 21 oC.
